Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to drivers, fleet owners, and transporters.
• Explain TruckMitr's services and assist users in onboarding or using the app.
• Follow up with leads and ensure regular engagement.
• Handle queries, resolve concerns, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Maintain call logs and reporting.

Qualification

• 1–3 years of tele-calling experience in the transport/trucking/logistics industry.
• Must be comfortable speaking in Hindi and regional languages (English is a plus).
• Clear, polite, and confident communication style.
• Experience in field-related coordination is a bonus.
• Basic computer and mobile app handling skills.
