HR cum Admin Executive (Female Preferred)

Description

TruckMitr, a fast-growing digital platform revolutionizing the Indian Trucking & Transport Industry, is looking for an experienced and proactive HR cum Admin Executive to join our team.

We’re specifically looking for a female candidate with a strong background in transport/trucking/logistics, great communication skills, and hands-on experience in managing both HR and Admin responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• HR Responsibilities:
• End-to-end recruitment (sales team, staff & operational roles).
• Onboarding, background checks & documentation.
• Maintain employee records and handle HRMS systems.
• Employee engagement, attendance, leaves & payroll coordination.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Admin Responsibilities:
• Day-to-day office administration and coordination.
• Manage vendor relationships, utilities, and supplies.
• Support management with scheduling and internal communication.
• Oversee office maintenance and facility management.
• Assist with internal audits and data management.

Qualification

• Female candidate preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR/Admin, preferably in the transport/trucking/logistics sector.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle field staff coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Office, HR tools, and admin operations.
